He helped me previously with an appeal case in which a car I had purchased had been caught on average speed cameras but I was not the driver. I had tried to deal with it myself by writing to the court to explain this and received 6 points and a hefty fine for my troubles. I then enlisted help and he was so confident and reassuring in getting it appealed and my case heard. On the day of court Stephen noted a mistake made by the prosecution. He got the decision overturned, points removed, fine returned and half his fees paid for. A prompt phone call followed my brief email about receipt of a Notice of Intention to Prosecute well outside the requisite 14 days since the alleged offence. The call contained sound advice about contacting the police to discover why there had been a delay of more than two months between the speeding offence’s commission and the sending of the Notice of Intention to Prosecute. Guidelines for framing a letter to the police claiming that the notice should be withdrawn followed. The advice, delivered in plain language, has been followed and the result is awaited. Update: the Notice of Intention to Prosecute has been withdrawn so grateful for the advice.

My son was caught drink driving and I contacted various legal firms specialising in these matters. Some were encouraging us to plead not guilty and fight the case. This would be at great expense. However some were very confident of getting him off.
Having spoken to PPR he was much more honest and although giving us both options guilty or not guilty with straight forward standard fees we went for guilty.
He advice got my son the shortest ban of 9 months and a very low fine of just under £300. His briefing of proceedings and manner were excellent.

I have never been arrested by the police before in my life. During the COVID lockdown I had to see my mother in a medical emergency. I never thought that I would be over the drink driving limit. I was really shocked to be charged with drink driving.
He advised me about special reasons. He said that it might be a difficult case to win and was really honest about my options. We decided to give it a go. At court he spoke to the judge who agreed with everything that he said. Even though I pleaded guilty to drink driving there was no driving ban and the judge gave me an absolute discharge so I don’t even have a criminal record.

Simply Brilliant! I had never dealt with courts ever in my life. We were in the middle of a pandemic and I had to drive as part of my job as a key worker. When I got a notice for speeding along with some confusion regarding my driving license/international license I frantically searched online to find some answers. Most solicitors/ their offices never got back, asked for payments upfront just for some advice or were very very expensive. Having gotten the best outcome from my court case with the help I am so glad I came across his website. Just his pieces of information online are so helpful.
